Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Due to high demand and logistics, shipping times typically range between 2–4 weeks.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these shipping timeframes.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast fulfillment, so we are unable to make changes after this stage.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Orders still in transit
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Failure to read product details or shipping times

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage all customers to contact us directly before opening a dispute or chargeback.
